Tandoori had woken early, as usual, but instead of remaining home with her pack the she-wolf decided to explore on this frosty morning. She had been walking along the border of Taelynn and Griselda territories when she caught scent of a familiar wolf. She tried to remind herself who it was as she shook out her pelt before taking a look around. She knew the packs were all at peace but she still didn't like the fact everyone was so friendly, seriously, they were all still rivals in a sense; treading on one another's land should not be allowed. But, nonetheless, this came in handy for this moment since it seemed the wolf was one she'd call a friend, meaning it was either Oceane or Aleksandr. She lifted her head and gave a short howl to announce to the wolf that she was indeed crossing the border. When she crossed she realized it was Aleksandr's scent she had caught and froze for a moment… Should she continue on? She is never herself with him and there is a vague chance that his sister could be with him. 'Stop making excuses, Tandy and go.' She mentally scolded herself and bounded off to meet him. It wasn't exactly easy for her to find him and she didn't see him until she was nearly upon him, his white pelt blending in with the snow. A small smile threatened to pull at her lips but she shook her head as she slowed to a trot, an even expression on her face. "Aleksandr." She greeted emotionlessly once she was a few feet in front of the larger male. "How are you this morning?" She asked and flickered an ear as she came to a halt and peered up at him, happy the rising sun was not in her eyes but she didn’t know the way the sun reflected off her pelt and the snow around her made it seem as if she glowed.

TAGGED- Tandoori The brute was up all night, roaming the borders to check for predators and keeping sure that the north of Loup Gris was well secured and safe. While the pack slept, Aleksandr could not. Thoughts of his only family dying haunted him. Aleksandr can see what happened to Charles after his parents died and although Aleksandr isn't pleased with his friend turning like this, he could not mistaken his hypocritical judging towards the Bonnaire brute and quite frankly, Aleksandr, too, relied on Elisabethene for help when their parents were gone.
Belladonna Field was his last stop. Oh how he and Elisabethene used to rebelliously seek adventures on this beautiful ground. He even missed how his parents would scold them when they were caught here. The two twins were inseparable and still are, but he wanted to make sure that it stayed that way.
The scent of a Taelynn flooded his nostrils and when he heard his name being caleld, the brute quickly turned. the Beta of Taelynn? the enemy pack that killed his father, which leaded his mother into depression and eventually killed her as well? His blood wanted to boil and rip the Taelynn's throat before she could even said another word, but Elisabethene called for a cease-fire and peace so instead, the brute simply nodded to greet her and responded without any ill bearing emotions. "Beta Nightshade of the Taelynn Pack." He cleared his throat for a moment, still cautious. "I'm just a little tired." He slipped out a chuckle. "How may I be of service to you? Did Alpha Vihenva have a message for my sister?" The Commander asked her.

Tandy could sense his...irritation? Anger? She wasn't sure what is was but she did know he wasn't pleased to see her. And could she blame him? She was not only a Taelynn wolf but she was no where near kind to most of his pack. Her hatred for his sister wasn't even attempted to be kept a secret. She pinned her ears and flicked her tail, her optimistic attitude towards the meet and greet quickly fading. With a quick shake of her head she offered a forced smile. "Long morning I assume?" She offered and shook her head. She wanted to earn the trust of Aleksandr. She wanted to be his friend but she wasn't the best at making friends. Nonetheless she had to try. "I was finishing up my morning patrols and I caught scent of you. I hoped... She pinned her ears and averted her eyes down to the snow. She was at a loss. How could she ask to spend time with him? How does one go about making friends? She groaned inwardly and once again scolded herself and shrugged, pawing at the snow in front of her. "Would you like help with a hunt? With the famine right now I know all the packs are suffering. I'm not hungry so no need to worry about me stealing, but I wouldn't mind helping you." She said quickly, at a complete loss on what else to offer the snowy male. She took a deep breath and looked into his eyes, afraid she sounded crazy to him.

TAGGED- Tandoori At her words, the brute eased down slightly and just nodded. "You could say that. God damn bears just don't understand their bloody boundaries. The North has its ups and downs." Aleksandr's husky voice spoke. "And I wouldn't worry about stealing anyway. If Elisabethene found out that her wolves acted like that, she would probably have us hunt for you for a week." He said humourously. With a nod, the brute lifted his head up and sniffed for a scent lingering in the air.
"I think there's a whitetailed herd nearby." The Champagne Brute informed, his eyes watching her. Tandoori's hate for his sister bothered him and just by talking to her, he felt that he was doing something that was wrong. Perhaps if she wasn't so hateful, they could've been better friend, but yet, she's still a Taelynn wolf that probably uses Elisabethene as a symbol of hatred towards the Champagne Blood and Griselda. They could've been friends, but not like this. To him, that just won't do.

Tandoori chose to ignore is attempt at humor and nodded, dropping any inclination she may have had to be more than an ally in helping for food. "Okay. Please, lead the way." She offered a kind, though pained and obviously forced smile. She shook her pelt out and stretched before she looked around. These fields were one of the many reasons Taelynn wanted to take over Griselda. Still, Tandoori would love the Griselda land to be hers to rule. Its so beautiful, how could one not fall in love with it. She looked back to Aleksandr and sighed inwardly. 'How could one not fall in love…' She thought but quickly scolded herself. He made it obvious he wasn't even keen on being her friend, let alone anything else. "Ready?"

The snowy fae once again had a restless night. Her much needed sleep was easy to come by, but difficult to keep. And to add insult to injury, nightmares haunted her dreams persistently, each time replaying the heartbreaking scene of her parents being mauled to death by a grizzly bear. Eowyn could now understand the agony that Elisabethene and Aleksandr had felt when their parents had perished during the war between Griselda and Taelynn. It had long faded to a dull throb, but the gnawing pain was still there, yet the mere memory of her mother's soulful emerald eyes and her father's warm blue ones still brought tears. Her sister was the only living relative she had currently, and quite honestly, she wished that they could spend more time with each other as they did in the past.
The gently glowing sun had just inched its way up into the horizon, heralding a new day in Loup Gris. Eowyn emerged from her snug den into the frosty open after awakening to the cruel chilling wind. She was heading toward no where in particular, simply longing to find solace, and found her legs carrying her towards Belladonna Field. With her pure white pelt that was velvety smooth, she looked no more than a splash of ivory against the ground, and looked as if she were part of the snow herself. As she neared the beautiful land, a pang of nostalgia hit her when she recalled how she and Oceane used to seek adventure and thrills there. She missed even the dangerous risks they often took dearly. The pair of twins seemed to be joined at the hip and Eowyn wanted to ensure it stayed that way. Thankfully, they still were.
The distinct scent of wolves wafted by and Eowyn lifted her regal muzzle quickly. She could vaguely make out figures in close proximity with where she stood, interacting in hushed tones. No sooner did she detect traces of honeysuckle than a barely audible growl emanated from her maw. Was that Tandoori Nightshade, the obnoxious Beta of Taelynn? A flash of cold fury and loathing washed over her and she had the sudden urge to slit the multicolored wolf's throat. However her negative emotions vanished as swiftly as it came when the familiar pomegranate musk of Aleksandr flooded her nostrils. Go say hello, Eowyn. Whether that fae likes it or not. Eowyn mentally chided herself, bounding forward to make her presence known. "Good morning, Aleksandr and Tandoori. I hope you are well?" the petite wolf questioned with an elegantly soft smile playing upon her muzzle.

TAGGED- Tandoori, Eowyn The brute sensed a discomfort, but he was not sure if it was coming from him or the Taelynn Beta. His dark brown eyes scanned her for a moment discreetly as she spoke and in that moment, he was sure that it was Tandoori. If she was to be like this then why would she come here in the first place? She's a Taelynn and her hatred for Aleksandr's sister was known throughout Loup Gris so then why? Was she on a mission to gain the brother of the Alpha's trust so they could find her weakness. He felt disgusted at the assumption . Still, it was better to be safe than sorry. "Tandoori, are you really here out of innocence. " Aleksandr spoke, watching her. "Don't be offended, but a Taelynn wolf, especially a Beta who hates my sister so bloody much, shows up in Griselda Territory and requests to hunt as an innocent bonding act, it's quite suspicious, don't you think?"
Aleksandr's husky voice spoke once again. "Apologies if I have offended you, but if you are planning to do something unpleasant, I have to advise you to leave. I may be kind, but all of Loup Gris also know me to be unforgiving, especially to thsoe that conspire against my blood." The brute reminded her.
a familiar scent entered his nostrils, causing him to turn his head. it was griselda's commanding huntress and a great friend of aleksandr. aleksandr looked at his pack mate, wondering what she was thinking, seeing him with a Beta of Taelynn. "Oh, Commander Eowyn. Good morning to you as well. Beta Nightshade of Taelynn was just visiting us for a good neighbourly act." Aleksandr lied to the fellow Commander, hoping not to strike a match that could burn the whole mountain to the damned ground.

Hearing his words, Eowyn narrowed her eyes the slightest, detecting a hint of discomfort. Was that a white lie Aleksandr had just uttered? A wave of annoyance engulfed her as she turned her unblinking gaze to the Taelynn Beta, her expression remaining cordial yet a little scornful. She could feel her temper rising ever so quickly. It would not be a good idea to spark a heated fight right in front of her Beta's eyes, but if there was a need to eliminate the malicious Taelynn wolf then so be it. In the first place, why was she here in Griselda territory? Tandoori's blazing hatred for her as well as Elisabethene was not a well-kept secret. Part of her wanted to take her down a few notches. Another part decided that it was best not to interfere, and stay by Aleksandr's side just in case there was a dark motive behind her so called good neighbourly act.
"Aleksandr, forgive me if I seem rude... But why are you with a Taelynn wolf, of all wolves? This is the pack that killed your father!" Eowyn lowered her melodious voice to barely louder than a whisper, so Aleksandr alone could hear. She regretted her words as soon as they escaped her maw, fearing she might have reopened a mending wound. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bring that up. But she might have a reason behind her visit. And I don't want anybody to get hurt from a squabble." Letting out a tiny sigh, she returned her attention to Tandoori, posture tense and poised to strike at the first sign of aggression. Nevertheless she hoped that Tandoori might at least prove that she was to be trusted, or else leave Griselda immediately. The wolves didn't need a second war right now when days were already dark due to the famine.

Tandoori pinned her ears at Aleksandr's accusation and sighed softly. "Honestly? I understand your worry, Aleksandr. But, I assure you I have no dark motives. I do not hate ALL the wolves in your pack and I am sorry that I do feel that way about your sister and make absolutely no attempt to hide it. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, a distant scent filling her nose but she ignored it, for Eowyn wasn't yet upon them. "An innocent bonding act. I promise that is all. I put it on the family I once had. And no, no; you have not offended me because every word you speak is true. As true as the marrow in my bones. She offered a kind smile, genuine this time. "I am very aware of your unforgiving personality. Which is why I do not wish to put myself in a situation to need to be forgiven." Her light southern voice gave no hint of aggression. All was well. At least until she recognized the scent of awful jasmine.
Tandoori looked around Aleksandr and a flash of pure hatred crossed her eyes, her entire kind demeanor dropping. Eowyn. She pinned her ears and huffed gently, lowering her tail that had risen out of instinct. She didn't like the snowy fae. 'Can someone remind me why they're ALL white?' She thought bitterly but gave a smile to Eowyn. She had to control herself if she wanted any sort of relationship with Aleksandr. But, isn't this just great? She had to pop up and make things harder than they already were. When Eowyn moved closer and whispered in his ear Tandy narrowed her eyes but stepped back respectfully. She sighed softly, her pinned ears drooping down as she sat in the snow. 'She's expecting me to get upset. How about I do just the opposite? Prove I'm not as childish as she'd like to think. She thought as she looked up. She didn't have any sign of anger anymore and instead just seemed indifferent. "Will you join us on the hunt?" Tandoori smiled and pushed herself to her paws once more. Her eyes went to Aleksandr once more and she flickered an ear gently, awaiting a response from them both. 'I'm not as rude as you two think.' She thought.
